Agility Solutions -
What they can do for you

How would you like it if within 48 hours after a disaster, tractor-trailer trucks rolled up to your parking lot with mobile workspaces, desks, chairs, computers, servers, copiers, power generators, a satellite Internet connection, and phone connection? While everyone around you would be scrambling, you would be getting back to business and continuing operations while your physical building was being restored. Now what if you could have that kind of protection for as little as $250 per month? This is not an insurance company; this is Agility, the world’s leader in Business Continuity Solutions.

Did you know that if you are using Exchange, you can recover deleted emails, even if they have been deleted from the Deleted Items folder?

In order to do this, you must be using Microsoft Exchange Server 2000, 2003, or 2007. Your Network Administrator must first configure Microsoft Exchange to retain deleted emails for a specified amount of time.  After the specified amount of time elapses, you cannot recover the deleted items.

You can view and recover deleted items, including the items that were deleted permanently out of your deleted items folder, or when you selected items and pressed SHIFT+DELETE or SHIFT+ the DELETE icon.

     1. In the folder from where you deleted the item, or in the Deleted Items folder, click Tools > Recover Deleted Items.

     2. Click an item and then click Recover Selected Items.
To select multiple items, press CTRL as you click each item.
Or to select a continuous group of items, click the top item, hold down the Shift key and select the bottom item.

Each recovered item is restored to the folder from which it was deleted. You cannot recover an item if it does not appear in the Recover Deleted Items dialog box
