System Engineer
The position of System Engineer is a strategic technical position within the organization. The position is responsible for managing the integrity of our customers' networks (25-250 nodes, mainstream office networking technology) and documenting the results. Technical, analytical, and writing skills are critical. Responsibilities include running network diagnostic tools, comparative analysis, customer communication, compiling information in management reports, repairing hardware and software, and deploying new systems.
Help Desk Engineer
Help Desk Engineers work in our office and perform remote support only. Clients call in with technical problems and the Help Desk Engineer will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve the issues. Help Desk Engineers also assist with monitoring systems for clients who are on a managed services plan, ensuring successful backups of clients’ systems, assisting with internal processes, and more. The Help Desk Engineer must be adept at customer communication as they will be working with many different clients every day.
