People
One of our greatest assets is our people. Everyone at ConnectWise is mid to senior career level and holds a variety of industry-recognized certifications, degrees, or both. Because of our size and strength, we are able to staff operational teams. Whereas some companies only have a few people, and all of them try to do everything, we have a dedicated staff specifically for help desk and remote support. We have a separate team for in-house Engineers, a different team for on-site Engineers, and an executive team of VCIO's. We'd like to introduce you to some of our senior team members listed below.

David Bellini David is an alumnus of the University of Florida. He developed an affinity for computers from his father who worked for IBM when IBM first set up in Tampa. David co-founded ConnectWise with his brother in 1982, and it is still running strong. In 2001, Microsoft invited ConnectWise to sit on its exclusive National Small & Medium Sized Business "SMB" Channel Advisory Council, and in September of that year, ConnectWise was one of eight companies in the nation to advise Microsoft on its technology for the SMB market. David has also spoken at multiple engagements to a variety of audiences regarding technology. In addition to loving IT, he loves Florida. Go Gators!
Gene Pavliscsak Gene joined ConnectWise in 1991 after starting his IT career building and supporting some of the first business computers in 1989. He brings 20 years of professional and technical expertise in the IT industry that has a focus in the accounting and healthcare industries as well as small to medium sized businesses. When not staying busy with Connectwise, he keeps his focus on the family.
Scott Ford Scott Ford has earned multiple certifications including Microsoft Certified Small Business Specialist. He has held positions such as Systems Administrator, IT Operations Manager, and now VCIO. Scott holds a Master's Degree from USF and enjoys designing networks. In his spare time (the little bit that he does have) he can be found at Bucs games or doing outdoor excursions with the Tampa Adventurers Group.
Scott Spieler Scott Spieler has been with ConnectWise for over 10 years. He is one of our resident gurus. If there is a server question, he can answer it. In his off-time, he goes camping with his wife and kids as well as enjoys archery, Everquest, Vanguard, and reading.
John Tolentino (JT) JT is a Network Engineer with the Integration team. He has been a Network Consultant for mid-market/enterprise customers and a Microsoft Certified Trainer. JT has been working in IT for over 12 years and is now enjoying the fast-paced world of providing IT services for small businesses. When he is not doing that, he is usually somewhere on the water.
Steve Eversole Steve joined the ConnectWise Team in 2008, having spent the previous 7 years holding various Network/System Engineer positions at several Engineering firms. He has been in IT for nearly 10 years and holds multiple certifications (MCSE, MCSA, Security+, Net+, and A+). Steve is currently pursuing Microsoft’s MCITP certification, as well as VMWare’s VCP (VMWare Certified Professional). He enjoys the little free time he has with his family and working on household projects.
Donald Moultrie Donald started working with computers when he was 12 years old. His first computer was an IBM PC jr. Now Donald works as a Helpdesk Engineer and enjoys helping others with their computers. In his spare time, Donald can be found thumbing through a certification book or studying for an exam. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
