We can monitor your network for you even when you can’t. We have software that resides on your systems and alerts us to any problems your network may have. It will let us know if the demand being placed on your systems is exceeding the limitation of the network, it will alert us if a service stops working. If your Internet connection goes down and the software does not check in within the specified amount of time, by default we will know that something is wrong.
